Top Tip

23 February, 2007

We've come up with an idea that has turned out to be an absolute cracker. You often find that a lot of tasting notes on the back of wine labels tend to be garbage, so we've experimented with giving all the wines in our shop a five star rating based on customer feedback. Our customers are genuinely honest in their opinions and it gives us an idea of what we should be stocking. Customers seem happier to drink what other customers have recommended and pay really close attention to each wine's star rating.
