The team has been restructured following Icke's appointment. Julian Dyer takes responsibility for Australia and New Zealand; Abigail Hirshfeld handles France, Spain, South America and fine wine ; Melissa Draycott is in charge of fortified, Champagne and sparkling ; and Michelle Smith looks after Italy, South Africa, UK, organics and Fairtrade .

Online wine and Calais planning, marketing and operations will be shared by Victoria Celaschi and Natasha Marroni, who also looks after in-store wine boxes.

Judith Jerodiaconou completes the team as store communications manager.
