At the moment, I'd spend it finishing my accounts that are due at the end of next month. Otherwise, I'd use it to work on a food and wine book I'm trying to write.

Remove this regulation-obsessed government, add more hours to each day and make supermarkets sell wine profitably.

The most underrated is sherry and the most overrated many 15 per cent New World reds.

Thirty, because you're young enough to be able to take up opportunities and old enough to have your own business, and be more confident.
What one thing or person is guaranteed to make your blood boil?
Our out going Prime Minister doesn't impress me. The current government is one that does things without thinking or consulting people.
If you could change one thing about the drinks industry, what would it be?
Reduce the rate of duty to enable wine made by passionate producers to be available to us at the crucial £5 price point and stop the monopoly of the dull branded wines that most people seem to buy.
