promotion features two 30-second ads that will be played on Heart FM until Aug 1 and are expected to be heard by more than 500,000 women.

One ad will promote the

entire sparkling range, while the other will specifically support Jacob's Creek sparkling rosé.

Adrian Atkinson, wine development director at Pernod Ricard UK, said: "Radio is a very effective tool to reach our Jacob's Creek target audience and drive awareness of our top-selling sparkling range.

"It delivers a very targeted message and enables us to bring the brand's personality to life."

Looking back to look forward

Wine is a liquid time capsule. Drinking older vintages not only recalls the weather conditions and winemaking styles of the past, it encourages us to reflect upon our own histories. Such reminiscence often inclines towards romanticised nostalgia. Especially after the second bottle. But looking back is a great way of learning about the future.
