Top Tip

27 July, 2007

The most important item in the shop is your customer. Greet them warmly, offer them assistance and then leave them to browse. When they have purchased a case or more, offer to take their purchase to the car or deliver on your way home. It's not rocket science but most retailers fail even to greet you with a smile. Remember the most important item in your shop is your customer, please them and they tell their friends . Disappoint them and they tell everybody.
