Panda opts for premium identity

09 August, 2007

Panda has introduced a cardboard over-wrap to its Panda Spring and Still multi-packs to help give the brand "a premium look and feel".

The new multi-packs will contain four 33cl bottles and will be sold in Somerfield and Sainsbury's with an rrp of £1.39.

Panda brand manager Claire Whitlow said: "We understand that multi-packs are a more convenient choice, making it easier for mums to prepare for school lunchboxes and special occasions. Further premiumisation of the brand, through quality cardboard overwrap, will help to add incremental value to a growing segment of the soft drinks market."
