Laptop, Dom Perignon and a box of Godiva chocolates. At least I can enjoy myself while I watch the hunky firemen put the fire out.

Quite simply, no.
Which retailer do you most admire?
No one especially, but any shop with well-trained, informative and helpful staff with a smile.
How do you deal with irritating customers?
Smile, then attempt to sell them something they didn't want or get them to spend more than they intended.
What's the best age to be?
I'm only 33 so I guess now. My husband and I don't have kids at the moment. We enjoy tennis and have spent the past 18 months restoring a Victorian school for my shop to relocate to at the beginning of September.
After a hard day's work, what drink do you kick back and relax with?
Prosecco or a glass of perry.
What one thing or person is guaranteed to make your blood boil?
First-time customers who expect a discount. Or customers who come to the shop looking for a supermarket bargain - my shop is not a bargain basement.
Is there such a thing as an irresponsible drink?
No, I don't think so - not if it's drunk in moderation and treated with the respect it deserves.
What are the most underrated and overrated wines in the UK market?
Overrated is anything hugely discounted in the supermarket, and the most underrated are Picpoul de Pinet and Cahors.
If you could be reincarnated would you still work in the drinks industry?
I don't know. I love my shop, so perhaps I would.
